  Was going to buy the Groupon but ended up just getting the deep tissue massage I wanted. I got the Nevada locals discount so I didn't pay full price. I really enjoyed the Roman bath style pool which is co-ed. I love that I could bring my husband and we could have a place to relax together where as some spas only have separate women's and men's.

  This spa advertises and sells on Groupon, then after you buy the Groupon, they refuse to honor the service. What is the point of advertising if you aren't going to honor your word?

  I'm a Las Vegas resident who likes to hit a spa about once a month. The spa at the Hard Rock rates pretty highly with me for a variety of reasons. They are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and have a nice sauna, whirlpool, heated co-ed Roman Bath (aka pool), and several relaxing places to chill out. Service offerings are fairly extensive; I've had many nice massages and facials there. Bonus: You can order food and beverage (it'll take about 45 minutes) and enjoy it poolside. There's also a juice bar next door that you can hit on the way in or out. My only negative note is that the staff at the check-in desk has made booking errors on more than one occasion (not having a reservation in the system or having a reservation marked at an incorrect time). The staff is always eager to fix issues and very pleasant, though.

  Difficult hours and not cheap.
