  This is the first time I am trying the compound made by this Pharmacy. I had a positive experience with Reli-On pharmacy that is opposite of what has been described by earlier reviewers. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was more than satisfied with their service and the compounded medication. I would strongly recommend this pharmacy.

  New owner does not know how to run his biisness and is always on his staff's back and he is turning clients that's been going there for years. but his staff are curtious and friendly and profesionals. it's the new owner first buisness and he's gonna lose his phamarcy due to his way of treating the site and staff. the worker who is very kind and knows his job is a staff member by the name of Dan

  RELIABLE IS NOT. DONT USE THIS GHETTO PHARMACY, DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY. This pharmacy has the worst customer service ever. I waited 3 weeks for my medication and had to throw it away. I first received a call to verify if I really really wanted my medication (???), then they promised to deliver to my door the medication, the 1st week passed, no medication. The next week they said they would send, they continued giving me one excuse after another. When the medication finally came the fat lard who was delivering was giving me an attitude and lying about coming up to deliver because he claimed that there was no parking. I have mobility problems, and there were 3 parking spaces in front of my building. I pointed the parking spots to which he laughed and didnt care, he said I have no beef w you lady, i said but I have it with you, I have been waiting 3 weeks for this and you are too lazy to bring the medication, there are pharmacies coming from Queens and they deliver w no delays or issues. He drove off, I had to call the pharmacy to tell them the pump did not work. YES, the pump which they claim that they test before it leaves the pharmacy did not work, so I had to throw it away. My husband told me RELI ON? I have over 3 months waiting for the medication and have not received it. I said forget it, its not worth it. YOU SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!. TRASHY GHETTO PHARMACY W INCOMPETENT STAFF THAT REFUSES TO PROVIDE THE MEDICATION AND SURELY ARE CHARGING THE INSURANCE FOR MEDS NOT PRESCRIBED. RUN FROM THIS GARBAGE OF A PHARMACY. INCOMPETENT
