  Really, they deserve zero stars. They rescheduled us twice and were rude about it. Utterly disgusted with this company. When I asked to talk to a manager, they told me that I could find another service company. My husband called back and they told him their system was down. Home Depot, you contract with this terrible company? Shame on you. They don't deserve your business. I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.
