  I'm an insurance agency with 12 sites and Reliable Properties has been the absolute hardest agency to work with, you will notice constant fluctuation of tenants at their shopping center and mostly is due to the huge hikes on rent amounts, I replaced their AC unit after it was stolen as they refused to replace their equipment, now after having requested my deposit back, its outrageous to see the charges they impose, they now want new windows when the same scratched windows were at the time I occupied the site, new roof tiles, fixing the flush handle on a toilet one that has been there from day one, etc, etc. I will never lease another property from this guys again, terrible management.
