  I’ve been dealing with this company for three years now since my uncle’s transition. He was a customer and I continue because as their name says they are reliable. Lucy, at the front, answering and coordinating callas and appointments is the sweetest person. Steve and Richard Santoro, owners respond quickly to customers need. Their staff is punctual and efficient when appointments are made for repairs, maintenance, emergencies. I had to used them in all situations and I can not get better service.

  If there is no star I would give no star. I called for service the guy came in and right away he start telling me you need to change your boiler. Then I asked him can you please clean up furnace and burner and I have an new belt for motor can you please put them The gay said he can not clean and he will not put belt on. Then he start telling how long he being with this business 34 years. Then I send email to “Steven” about the situation he never respond. Then I send Steven one more emails he still no response. Then I called to I spoke with one of the lady then she transfer me to main boss Stevens father Person with out listening right away he said that boiler must leaking I explained to him that if is leaking you will know with many ways unfortunately it’s not leaking it’s need clean up the person said he will send someone But still now no one come. THIS IS HOW THEY SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC.
