  Complete farse. Goes around charging for diagnosis to only say its broken and not worth fixing. Doesnt open machine take part out or nothing. Mind you have a 5yr old Maytag machine spent 1k on all it needed was a 30 dollar part for spin cycle. Absolute rip off!

  My refrigerator conked out on me over the weekend, so I searched google and found Reliable. I called and spoke to a representative, but technicians were limited do to the weekend and it was late afternoon that I placed the call. I scheduled an early morning appt for Monday...9/25 and was told the technician would arrive between 7-8 am, the technician John arrived around 7:30 and got right to work on repairing my fridge....he told me exactly what the problem was, how the refrigerator operates and how I should pack my freezer to maintain cold airflow to the fridge. I ended up needing a new motor installed..The repair was done by 8:30. All I have to say is... this company chose the right name for their business...they are reliable and professional.

  John came right on time, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and fixed the ice maker in about 1/2 hour. I would definitely use him again. He's polite and courteous.

  The repairman was very courteous and pleasant. John told and showed me what was wrong and gave me the estimate. He fixed my stove within minutes. Very happy with the service.

  Timely, efficient, pleasant to work with both officer personnel and service man, knowledgeable, gave helpful tips regarding the workings of the refrigerator, highly recommend.
