  I bought 8" short snap ties and wedge brackets from them, without checking quantity on the boxes of brackets. Turned out, the boxes of brackets had half the quantity I paid for and were marked accordingly - my mistake for not checking it. Came back to the shop with my empty boxes and a receipt and had remaining brackets in my truck 3 minutes later. Fast, professional, pleasure to work with. Thank you guys!
