  Very good rei, great parking out back, pretty knowledgeable staff and not at all too crowded. My only complaint would be that they seemed to be out of a lot of shoes/sizes and tried to sell me and a few others the wrong size just because it was the only ones they had. That's not right in my book. Otherwise a great store.

  Huge store, with a wide selection of their items. It was a bit tough to find what I was looking for, and the staff was sparse. Still an awesome place to go if you're looking for travel gear.

  Was intending to buy rain pants, $200 rain pants! Associate would not remove security cable from rain pants which enters at waist and exits at lower leg, pulling fabric, adding weight. I can hear him still insisting it would not affect the fit and feel!!! Left rain pants, will buy elsewhere. Hopefully this is not a beginning if a trend in inconsiderate team members!!🙄

  The staff was very helpful in picking out a jacket for myself. It was a very informative and pleasant experience. They didn't assume I knew anything already about different styles of winter jackets, and being from Houston, I did not. It was good to know they cared to help me find what I needed.
