::Everything I love to do - climbing, biking, hiking, backpacking - is covered here. I love being part of a co-op. The only thing that is *meh* about REI is the price of clothes, even on clearance, so I don't really buy clothes there. (And can't give it five stars.)

::I have been shopping a REI for about 15 years in Fairfax. Now that I live in Alexandria, this store is closer. I was able to find a good pair of boots quickly, and the sales staff was friendly and helpful, just like the Fairfax store. The lady that helped me with boots said the store has been there 23 years and the original manager still works there today.
