  Came here to get a liquor license. I’m absolutely SHOCKED at how rude the ladies were working the desk.... this problem needs fixed.

  As long as you get there by 4:28 pm they have to take you. They didn't want to, but supervisor made them take me.

  Robin and Lindsey are great! Everytime I call, they go above and beyond answering my questions and are always so pleasant!

  Extremely slow service. Zero desire by the employees to work at a efficient pace. I suggest give them smaller work areas and bring in another employee if the work load is too much for them. 3 clerks i was #9 in line, 35 minute to drop off my pre-filled out application, pay and have a picture taken. It took 3 minutes of my time when it was my turn.

  They do their best for a government agency. They are professional and courteous. Be prepared to wait up to 45 minutes during busy peak periods. All forms can be filled out before you arrive via their website which helps. They have free Wifi as well.
