  In November 2017 I paid for and submitted my request for my passport quality birth certificate. It arrived while I was away and was returned. Since thanksgiving I have been in contact more than a dozen times to jump through whatever is needed to get my paid for certificate. The messages I get are boilerplate sorry for the inconvenience, as soon as we hear from Massachusetts records we will get back to you. I lost use of my plane ticket scheduled based on having the passport for which I bought the birth certificate that eludes me. I CANNOT RECOMMEND VITALCHECK because my money for the certificate as well as the plane ticket are lost. They offer no contact specifics where I can get any more sensible answers. James Barclay
