::If I could give it 0 stars I would. I came in to ask about getting a haircut and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude (purple hair, piercings). Kind of upsetting.

::My experience at the salon was good initially not the best but good, a couple weeks later I found out I actually got head lice from this salon. So of course I contacted the salon manager to let him know and he pretty much implied that this never happens at this salon and it’s impossible that I got head lice from this particular salon. Me being non confrontational I just left it at that. But husband felt that it was unacceptable that we paid for my service for me to leave with lice. He called the salon back and told the manager Ken that he wanted to speak to someone in corporate. So maybe 10mins later someone contacted us back and we are getting our money refunded for the service and the lice treatment. So of course this brought up the total amount paid for my service. Well come to find out apparently the stylist who did my hair is a THIEF! She told me my service was a higher price then it actually was and she stole product money. This was a terrible experience makes me remember why I don’t go to salons. Never going back!!!!

::Do not go to Regis for hair cuts. Styles and colors, fine... I came here last year to have a cut corrected. They did ok then. I thought I'd be safe returning for a simple cut. Absolutely not. I explicitly requested for the stylist to keep the length of my hair and that was not the end result. Normally if this happens it's due to a miscommunication in measurements, 1 inch vs 2 inch...etc. No. She physically showed me and I agreed, because what we agreed on would have kept my length. I did not like the end result, it was too choppy, I kindly requested her to make it blend more. At that point I still had my length and even complimented her for keeping it long. Afterwards suddenly lost my length. I went from my hair touching a low rise jean waistlength, I could almost sit on it, to a medium cut that for lack of a better comparison doesn't even cover my chest. Very disappointed. It was clearly communicated multiple times the most important thing was to keep my length! Incredibly upset. On top if all this I was charged an additional $10.00 for my cut because my hair was so long. Ridiculous. I read all these horror stories about things like this happening and feel I did everything during the entire process to prevent it from happening to me. The only thing I believe I could have done different was further express my feelings at checkout but what good does that do? The damage is already done. There's no fixing too short, you just can't come back from that. Extensions maybe, but I won't be giving them my money any more... Please take my words of advice and do not come here for hair cuts if you too wish to keep your hair length.

::I had been growing my hair out for 2 years and was really nervous about the style and just the cut in the general. The girls working were fantastic. They literally made a haircut an experience! They were fun, knowledgeable, and professional. I'll be going here from now on
