  I made an appointment to get my hair done here and when I got there they said that no one was certified to dye my hair, so I asked for a hair cut and they were trying to charge me $100 for a trim...... I have medium length hair and they said it would cost $600 to dye it...... F**** that! Don't come here unless you want to be totally ripped off.

  Definitely a waste of money. I came here because I needed to get my hair trimmed but decided I might as well get it styled too. I clearly explained that I wanted my hair curled for dinner that night. Leticia was my stylist and the cut was great but towards the end she told me that too much hairspray was "not natural" and that their products were amazing and would hold the curls. None of the curls came out the way I had asked and I even asked someone at the front desk what to do because they were already starting to lay flat. They told me that if my hair uncurls that I can come back. After walking across the street my hair was already straight so I called and asked them what my options were. The lady on the phone spoke to her manager and advised me to come back. After an hour I came back and I was told that there would be an extra charge to curl my hair using their iron on top of the $118 I had already paid. I asked why my curls did not come out the way I asked and was told it was because they didn't use a curler. There was no explanation as to why Leticia did not curl my hair the correct way initially and just notify me of the extra charge. They would not even hairspray the remaining curls I had for me. Completely disappointed in their service. I feel terrible for leaving such a bad review because the hairstylist was very sweet but my hair looks terrible. I had to come back to the hotel and redo it completely with my own curler. I would have preferred to leave their salon with wet hair than to pay $40 for a style I did not even ask for using their terrible hairspray. I won't be coming back.

  Worst haircut experience. I am visiting Vegas and didnt know where to go. So i went to Regis and did ask whether they know how to fade. The girl who worked on my head was Karen. She probably used a wrong trim head and cut a very huge portion of the back of my head at 0.5 and the rest with a different trim head. As you can see in the pic. Would not be back and do not recommend at all.

  My daughter & I felt like doing something crazy while in Vegas. We have fairly lengthy hair and decided to get them chopped into bobs. When researching for places to go after going to a couple salons & finding them closed for the holiday, we realized there aren't a lot of reasonably priced salons in Vegas, so, as you can imagine, it was a relief to find the Regis salon in the Fashion Show Mall. (At home, I usually pay $40 + tip. Here we paid $70 + tip. I would expect a markup for Vegas, so i think that's reasonable) Once we found it, it was already 7:45 pm when they close at 9. We called & they were willing to take us in. It was our first time at the mall so naturally we got lost. Luckily, they called us to check in about whether we were still coming & directed us to them. They welcomed us so cheerfully. On top of great haircuts, they boosted our ego with all the words of encouragement. George & Kara, we thank you for the experience.

  It was $90 for my haircut, I got layers and bangs. It may seem like a lot of money, but seriously, its worth it, and reasonably priced when you compare the staff's talent to your typical $10 establishments. The guy who attended me was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable, he’s been doing hair for 17 years if I remember correctly, so he is very skilled. He did my hair fast, but perfectly, and now I'm super happy with my new hairstyle. I've been to other hair salons and never have I had such a wonderful experience such as this one.
