  Excellent customer service. I had the option of changing banks to one closer to me but you can't always take convenience over customer service, relationships count!!!

  I stopped at the bank on a Saturday, through the drive threw, and was greeted by an amazing, polite male. Any too get to the point, I mentioned opening an account (I only had a "Now Card") and further explained my situation. He gave me his business card and stated to make an appointment, and that he would in fact help me out and to email him. Long story short, I email him, on his card I learn that his is the Vice President! I admire that, their a team no one is better than anyone having a VP work on the weekend! VP was busy so Carolyn (Team Leader) assisted me. I was not aware of a certain minimum that you need to open an account, well lets say I was short! Carolyn and Kirk both made it happen! they approved and opened my account with the amount of money I had. I will go no where but this branch! Amazing people, and I only met 2 people. Looking forward to banking for many years to come!!! Thank yo for making the experience, fun, quick, and painless!!!! -Brett Shank
