::Average movie theater. The ticket prices are way too high for the facility. For $12, I expected more than the standard, obviously well-used, seats and arrangements. The concessions are the same way. Everything is excessively priced. The redeeming factor is you get to fix your popcorn how you like it with the self-serve butter and salt. As a whole, the service was average. The ticket window and the concessions staff was there and completed the transactions, but obviously didn’t want to be there. I think the theater is pricing based on its surroundings (high end shopping area), rather than pricing based on their facility and services. I will try other theaters in the Raleigh area in the future.

::The last time I saw a movie here I didn't review my experience. I went to watch a movie. Yes. Like all theatres, the food was triple-priced but you pay for your convenience when you don't eat BEFORE going to see the movie. Great time!

::The theater is nice, and clean. I have been here a number of times and never had to deal with sticky floors while trying to find a seat, or having to brush trash off of the actual seat I choose. The staff makes sure to keep the cinema in good shape. The staff is very helpful. When I have questions they are always friendly. I went to see a movie this Saturday, and unfortunately there was a group of young girls being obnoxious throughout the entire movie. Multiple people tried shushing them and asking them to be quiet, but they continued to talk, laugh, and scream through the entirety of the movie. I was disappointed that I didn’t get to enjoy my movie, and annoyed that after multiple people walked out of the movie because of those girls ruining their movie experience, no staff came in to quiet those girls down or remove them from the theatre. When my wife, sister, friend and I finally decided to leave the movie, we walked to the box-office and informed them about what had happed during our movie. The guy we talked to was very understanding, helpful, and kind to us. He even decided to give us 4 free movie passes so that we could come back and enjoy a movie some other time. We didn’t expect that at all, but that’s what I call great customer service! I will be sure to return to this theatre.

::For a theater that doesn't serve alcohol or have oversized recliner seats, it's still a nice theater with a very friendly and helpful staff. It's conveniently located in North Hills and there are lots of other stores, shops and boutiques in the area to check out as you wait for your movie. I recommend Starbucks or Ben & Jerry's. If you haven't tried out Movie Pass I suggest you Google it!!!

::In a convenient location at corner of Six Forks Road and I-440. Parking is easy in the parking deck under the mall. Lots of restaurants adjacent to the theater. Theater has comfortable seating. Theater shows 3D movies too. I highly recommend not watching horror movies here because I have seen people incredibly loud and rude in the theater on more than 1 occasion during those viewings.
