  I booked them to move out of my apartment. They didn't show. There is a phone service that answers all of their requests, which is totally useless. The 'gentleman' whom not once communicated with me apparently told the phone service they would be 30 min late. 2 hours and 7 phone calls later. They didn't show. So now I'm forced to pay my apartment building as I've now breached my lease. You guys are the worst. Terrible.

  Easy booking, great communication, on time cleaners. What more could i want? You have a customer for life.

  We used Refreshing Maids to get our house ready for Thanksgiving dinner and everything was great. They showed up within their time window (which was only an hour as opposed to some other companies which gave us a 4 hour window.) booking in their site was painfully easy and their cleaners we personable and energetic, we will use them again.
