  Came here during the weekday, the cost for parking was 35 dollars, a high price but worth the tranquillity. The beach is over a mile long, feels like a peaceful community beach, quiet, clean and very nice views. The parking is 35 dollars regardless of what time you turn up, the beach parking lot closes around 17.30. If you are staying at a nearby hotel, bring your own beach towels and paraphernalia, as there is no renting of any equipment. Food and drink shops are also sparse in the area, so load up the car beforehand. The beach is not quiet golden sands, there are small stretches where it's quiet rocky and sharp in most places. Providing you don't go to far out, the current in minimal and fine for swimming. As mentioned, not overly crowded, good mix of young, old and family's. Seemed particularly nice for a group of friends to visit.

  Kind of dirty and not very well taken care of or cleaned. You havto buy a permit to park even just for the day,if your planning a day at the beach i recomend going to the ocean over a beach in riverhead

  Beautiful beach. This beach is a hidden gem, it is not busy and it's beautiful.

  Sandstrand an steiler Küste mit einigen Steinen, kleiner, markierter Bereich mit lifeguard. Sehr ruhig (vielleicht wegen der $35 Parkgebühr pro Tag).
