  Having done Pilates for over a decade, I am super picky about my studios and instructors. This was such a great experience. The studio is beautiful, clean and serene and the classes were great! Jaclyn is very knowledgeable and inventive, which keeps things fresh and interesting. Most importantly it's a great work out! I'll be back!

  Jacalyn is OUTSTANDING, not only as a Pilates instructor but also as an individual. She is incredibly attentive, corrects form immediately and adds her own spin to fitness to keep it fun and entertaining! As a personal trainer, I absolutely recommend Red’s - as Jacalyn is in tune with her clients every step of the way. DO IT PEOPLE.

  I was intimidated to try Pilates until I found this place. Amazing, welcoming atmosphere. Fun sessions that my wife and I can do together. I feel better both physically and mentally after every session.

  Red's Pilates garage really does ROCK! I came to Jaclyn with scoliosis that caused neck and back pain. She taught me my CORE values, to support my spine, and feel strong and pain free. Retirement has never felt so good!

  This must be the nicest Pilates studio in Denver!! Open, airy, and great atmosphere. I particularly love the outdoor deck and the nice reformers. I have followed Jaclyn for a long time and love her workouts. She makes it fun, challenging and accesible, even for those who have never seen a reformer before! Highly recommend her!
