  Came a little out the way to visit this place cause they do have a good selection, but ain't no way 3 people should be in line in it takes 20 mins plus to check someone out. I'm and in and out person I believe people typically spend 20 mins here getting checked out...

  WTH! Prices are decent but service is HORRIBLE!!!! Guys in there are extremely unprofessional & completely goofy unbelievably ridiculously incompetent!!!! I hate to actually call someone out, but Chris is the worst. I could go on for hours at the complete ignorance here as well as slow service..... this even being between 2 ppl in the same room from computer to computer. I hv never seen anything else like it. The kid that works with me was even laughing at the complete ridiculousness. Seriously it's only trailer parts... how hard can it be??? Got my parts also.... one had to be shipped..... & they still aren't correct. Thank god I had the equipment to modify unlike the general public. I normally don't write reviews like this but I seriously felt compelled to actually take the time to do so because it's so BAD!!!! & that doesn't even do my complaint justice!!! Good luck to you if u make it out under an hour!!!!!

  First off, very pleased with the handicap accessible. That is a major win for us. So... We found them online, called and asked about a specific part, they actually looked it up and made sure they had them. We got there and looked around before going to the counter and found what we were looking for. We went up to the counter and staff was very friendly. We waited a long while and ended up getting a great bargain. They had just updated systems on computers and kept us informed what was taking so long. They offered a call back so we could come pick up later once they sorted it out, they really try to keep you as a customer. Definitely keep the store in mind next time we need something. Hopefully they get the new system running smoothly though, because it was a bit frustrating with the wait.
