  Poor service below is my issue. Order was shipped through your company. Per your email our contact information was provided. You stated you would contact us with an apointment window. It was guaranteed delivered before the 5th. We contacted you again on the 6th when your rude employees informed us you are not a damed warehouse. So you returned our shipment. Your company failed in its operation at every level. You did not make an appoinment as you stated you would you did not meet your shipping agreements or times. This is logistics your company "specializes" in freight logistics but aparantly your employees fail to underatand this. Note no reasonable person would fail their job and then make wild accusations and worsen a situation.
