  I bought a movie (American Sniper) a few months ago while I was working in Honolulu, HI. Now, I try to access the movie again and there is no trace of my transactional history. I rented many movie from RedBox and only purchase the one; none of the transaction are showing up. I'm and IT guy (data warehouse) and I cannot excuse the fact that RedBox recognizes my login but has no history of transactions. Shame on you RedBox.
