  Best place I’ve ever went to get a pair shoes from. I have a pair of work boots and a pair of tennis shoes that I buy from the store. It is very nice I can call him on the phone tell him my name and which pair shoes I’m looking to replace and he has them ready when I show up at the store. He provides unbeatable customer service.

  Amazing customer service. Ordered a pair of shoes from him that ended up not fitting too well, against my better judgement he helped me get a different pair that I ended up liking even more. He definitely wants to make sure the customer is happy and not just try to sell you a pair of shoes that you don't need. While I was in there, two different customers came in and got the same pairs of boots they have been getting for the past 20 years. He was like, "Yep, I see you've had this pair in '96, '02', ...'12...I can see your ready for the next pair right on schedule!" You can't get customer service like that anymore. I was impressed.

  Good customer service can make or break a business, and you get nothing but the best here. Ive been buying boots here since I got my first job and everytime I go in for a new pair Pete goes out of his way to make sure they are going to be the right boots I need for the job and that they are going to fit properly overtime.
