  Excellent customer service. Their made in USA work boots fit great and last forever.

  the boots are very good quality if it was not for that this place would go out of business 1 other customer when I went in they did not even look up or say we will be with you soon or anything I did buy a pair of boots took them in for the free repair when i asked when they might be done he said I don't know nothing else later I got a call to say that the zipper worked now but was still missing teeth did I want that repaired also. in other words customer service does not exist at this store

  Employee doesn't care much for business. Walked in was trying to get a pair of boots, he looked pissed off for bothering him.
