  It's OK. I stopped in for some boots as soon as they opened up for the day. The guy working didn't acknowledge me or ask to help in any way. I finally engaged him. He was friendly, but paying over $300 for boots, I expected more. The shop itself is clean well organized and comfortable. The boots I purchased were awesome as Red Wings usually are.

  This store gave the worst kind of customer service .they gave all the wrong information on the boots and received the worst kind of treatment a customer should receive. The employees look at you with disgust and ask for help anf they completly ignore you. They should send the manager n associates to the other redwings location that is on 25th and Harlem .There they know how to treat a customer and have all the correct information.

  Wouldn’t help me with returning a pair of $400 boots that fell apart after a month.

  The store manager, Rocky Washington, and the sales associate, Gage Kroll, were absolutely fantastic. Their customer service is unmatched. They replaced my boots and insoles with brand new ones free of charge! I had some unusual wear and tear on 4 month old boots and they took care of me. I’ll be a Red Wing customer for life after this experience.

  Manager is very good with customers and very helpful. It was a great experience.
