  I bought their insoles for my work boots. Guaranteed for a year. Mine only lasted 4 months, so I need to exchange them, but they made even my Doc Martens feel like my favorite Nike shoes.

  I'm returning for my 3rd pair of boots since I entered the trades. The boots are always great quality and the service is always excellent!!

  I love red wing shoes! I am on my feet all day, every day. I've spent over $700.00 in the past 2 years. Yet every time I walk in I feel like I am inconveniencing the lady who works there. She literally rolled her eyes at me when I walked in. She was so annoyed by simple questions! Warranty questions. When her boss is there she is an angel. "How can I help you sir". "Thank you so much". But when she is there alone, she thinks she's CEO, end all be all. When people are spending that kind of coin, you would expect at least a smile.

  stitching started coming undone and so I called them up they told me it's be 4 weeks to repair them at most and then the girl looked up my purchase date and even though my warranty was past the expiration date she ordered me a new pair that I'll be able to pick up in little over a week. At no cost to me. Can't get customer service like that anywhere else. Two very grateful and enthusiastic thumbs up to Stephanie!
