  So far one of my top 2 vape shops in san antonio. Clean, and plenty of product to choose from. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and very accommodating! I'd definitely recommend coming here for any and all vape needs, whether it be mods or juices.

  Will definitely be sticking with Artisan Vapor Company. Very bad experience no help what so ever. They need a wake up call because this place sucks.

  Bandera location has good juice, awesome staff, along with the best prices in town! I've left my other usual shop for them. Highly recommended! The one on Vance Jackson is meh at best. The guy just wasn't in it. I felt like I was bothering him when i asked what specials they had.

  I had to ask for help when I was looking around. Guy working was too busy on his phone and they seemed irritated when I asked for help. Didn't understand what tank I was looking at and I had to explain it to him. Juices are mostly house juice and I didn't really care for them. What they have on their website is not in the store. Seems like bait and switch to me. I'll shop somewhere else where they care more about the customer and less about their phone.

  Extreme relaxed and knowledgeable staff. I was amazed at the store clerk Axel's memorization of almost every flavor ingredient in his huge inventory. I was not pressured to buy, I was offered samples of tons of different flavors with very helpful suggestions to help get me to the right flavors. The store clerk was exceedingly patient and friendly to both me and my friend. We had a terrific experience and this is by far the best vape shop we've found, and we've been to at least 10 around town. The prices are very good and surprisingly the house juices are pretty good, which is very uncommon. I highly recommend giving them a shot
