  The staff was busy trying to accommodate customers who had complaints when we arrived to check in, left us feeling a bit unwanted. Room was extremely small, dirty, and the sheets and comforter had burn holes in them. Would not recommend.

  Only stayed as a last resort after most flights were cancelled due to wearher. It was the only available hotel within 35miles of the airport, and now i know why. Their "non smoking" rooms reaked of smoke. There was rotten food in the trash can from previous guest. There was urine stains on the bath room wall. Mold on the ceiling. asked for another room but we decided to stay in the original room because the smell was even worse. Would not recommend. No offers of discounts or credits after speaking to the manager.

  Even though there are some upgrades needed in the rooms, this is our favorite RR in the area. Excellent management, friendly staff. Comfortable room. No complaints! A+

  Stains on the blankets. Although supposedly smoke free, smelled bad. Sink was clogged.
