  Location isn't terrible but be mindful of the highway right next to it. Although there is no refrigerator or microwave, the room was clean. The mattress was very comfortable and the AC worked well. Now, the reasoning behind the 2 stars... For starters, apparently if you don't allow housekeeping in early morning they won't come at all? No new towels, no one ever came to our room. There was an envelope for a "tip" for our room attendant. My tip would be to have someone take the wet towels and replace them with clean, dry ones. Caution! Please note, someone from the motel staff decided to swipe into our room while we were gone, and leave a filthy #2 in our toilet. Here's the kicker, there was no toilet paper in the toilet. Absolutely ridiculous. We informed the front desk and one employee simply wrote something down on a piece of paper and passed it to the next employee. Are you kidding me? They said they would let their manager know. Super. Clearly this isn't the first time an employee randomly defecated in a guest's room. It was obvious based on the lack of their reaction. Nothing was offered to rectify the situation. Not impressed.

  Room and bathroom was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was courteous.only downfall was the fact that there was only 1 tiny bottle of shampoo in a room for 4 people. Hotel is close to the highway, there is a cracker barrel and waffle house next door. Not a sketchy neighborhood. Hotel provided coffee, tea, and water all day and night. In the morning they had juice available also, and some granola bars. Over all enjoyed our stay.

  Hotel was clean, room and bathroom was clean, ac wasn't very loud. Employees were courteous. Had coffee, tea, and water available all day and night, had some granola bars and juice available in the morning. Close to the highway. Cracker barrel and waffle house right next door. Quiet area, not a sketchy area.

  This place sucked. No breakfast not even continental. Was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but whoever occupied it before smoked like steam engine. As we were checking as she was about to run my card I was informed there was $50 nonrefundable pet fee? I complained and the lady did take it off. So that was the one bright spot otherwise this rating would be lower.

  The facility was nice overall, pretty clean and well furnished. The receptionists were really kind and helpful and let us check out earlier and later than what is usual. The location isn't too far from downtown Nashville, maybe around a 10 minute drive. The only thing that was a bit odd was that the room doors didn't seem to immediately lock after closing the door. It seemed there was a time delay between closing the door and it actually locking, and this was a bit concerning. All things considered, it was a good place to be at and I'd recommend it to others!
