  This is definitely a budget motel. It was all that was available in area for IHSA state wrestling. The rooms are SMALL. No elevator. Room was updated & clean. But bathroom is tiny, took a long time for shower to get warm; not hot just warm. The towels are old & rough. There was no available to check me in or out. I stayed more than 1 night & the keys had to be remade every day. As I was traveling alone & not with my family, the room did what it needed to do.

  You guys were a life saver for us this past weekend. My husband had to come into town for a volleyball tournament and the hotel we had a registration for decided to go back on what they told us on the phone about a deposit. You graciously allowed us to stay without the deposit and made us feel very welcome. Even my service dog was happy staying here. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

  HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE! I had to stay here due to the recent winter storm. The room was plaid for by the city. Nonetheless, they charged me, trying to get paid twice. The room had a terrible odor, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I disputed the charges on my account, they disabled the fobkey when I left my room, saying they thought I checked out; despite the fact that my belongings were still in the room. The only thing good about staying here, is the location. Otherwise, my flooded apartment is better than this place.

  Three-star hotel with a one Star price. I went totally on the reviews I read online which I usually take with a HUGE grain of salt and look at the cheap A price and keep going, BUT this time I took a chance. SO glad I did. The staff was friendly, and the room was extremely clean. It came with a microwave and a mini fridge and two double beds with crisp white sheets, fresh pillowcases, bed was very nice. Better than 2 of the 3-star hotels I have stayed in in the Champaign area

  I will never stay here again. I stayed 2 weeks ago. They told me that my deposit would be returned to me. Within 3-5 business days. They never returned it. They will find any reason to keep $100. And no..my bank is not holding it. They never returned it. I will never come here again. Update..There was nothing wrong with the room. I slept on top of the blankets. You kept it. Because you wanted to. Thieves..
