  Front desk crew are friendly at the eye exam section but very slow service I was so disappointed I waited 3.5 hrs just to have my eye examined for the first time I had an eye check up. They told me after checked in that only four people is ahead of me and if I can wait for 2hrs so I said it’s ok coz I thought it’s only really four people are ahead of me, but I was the last one called 😞 I’m so pissed 😡 I wasted almost half of my day in this store. So don’t ever go and have your eye examined in this stores. There clinic needs more improvement in terms of customer service experienced.

  Very intelligent and helpful staff, any re-sizing and small repairs to your glasses are done for free.

  Very friendly customer service by the ladies in the front desk. Good deals. Accepts insurance.Honestly, my most recent experience here was phenomenal. I don't remember the name of the doctor who did my eye exam. But he is a tall, elder man with very short hair. He is absolutely hilarious and easy to talk to. A Great listener and you can tell he loves what he does. I wish all eye doctors were like him. I recommend him to everyone.

  Okay so our appointment for my boyfriend was at 10 AM. We arrived at 9:55 AM and were told by Diane at the front that the office was not open. We waited and looked at frames until the office door opened at 10 AM. He filled out his paperwork and then about 5 minutes later he was called back. The doctor, Anne Crisler, came into the room with him. He had picked up an eye book that was sitting on the counter next to his chair while he waited. The doctor walked in and grabbed the book out of his hands and put it up on a top shelf and didn't say a word to him about it. Diane was very nice and helpful, the prices were right, but we will not be returning to this store because of the DOCTOR. She should have at least said something to him like an adult, not just take it from him and put it on a top shelf away from him like a child.
