::While I recognize that Red Lobster for the most part is fast food, I have to give props to this particular location and the service we received from our server Michael M. He was pleasant with out being over bearing. He made suggestions with enthusiasm and gave just the right amount of attention. If you visit Red Lobster in Cross County Shopping center, ask to be seated in Mike M's section if you want good service. Thanks again Mike.

::I just want to know what kind of table this is? Came here with a party of 6 and they put together 2 damn picnic tables. Smh. Food was good, drink was weak and service was slow. It was Mother’s Day and I know it was busy but they can do better. At least get real tables so people can sit comfortable instead of having a odd bar in between the legs. Good Lordt!!!!!!

::I came here with my mother and son on May 3, 2018 in the early afternoon. The restaurant was really empty and the hostess wasn't up front when we entered. Once she arrived, we were promptly seated and a high chair, crayons, and a kids menu were brought for my son. It went downhill from there. We sat for 20 minutes without being approached by ANYONE. We decided to leave and go to the steakhouse next door because of the poor service or lack thereof. As we left, the hostess told us to "have a nice day" (not realizing we came just a few moments before). Terrible customer service and glaring lack of attention...

::To be a chain-restaurant food and service is very good and no many places can take a big group. We were 12 and everybody left happy and satisfied

::Love this Red Lobster! Melissa was our server and she was attentive and so friendly! Would definitely recommend and come back! This location is so much better than the one in Scarsdale!
