  Chef Peter planned a great menu for our cooking class. Everything was well prepared and organized when we got there. We had a great time learning to cook new dishes and he gave us the recepies in a binder to take with us. Highly recommend the cooking class.

  I started buying from Chef Peter when he had a booth at the farmers market....now, my pantry (and fridge) is stocked with Texas Gourmet spices, hot sauces, etc... Because of the quality, flavor, but most of all Chef Pete's customer service, I will forever be a loyal customer. If you want AMAZING customer service, taste that can't be beat, and quality ingredients without chemicals go to Red Kitchen Foods.
