  We had to put my elderly dog down after he started having multiple seizures. We recently moved to the area and went to Redbird after reading other reviews. The Doctor agreed to see us even though we had never been there before, had no appointment, and he was about to leave the office to attend a family function. Throughout our visit, the Doctor and his staff were so kind and made us feel at home during this very difficult moment. A few weeks later, we received a package in the mail containing sympathy card with a comforting, handwritten message and a clay disc bearing the imprint of my dogs paw. Thanks very much Doctor. You were an unexpected blessing in the midst of of our grief.

  I have been there for a few years now. I am very satisfied and my dog always seems to be in a rush when he gets back there. Staff is very loving. The vets usually give a follow up phone call or email. Having a senior dog, I am there every other month.
