  Recycled Body Fitness is different from all other gyms I've ever gone to. In the 1 1/2 years I've been going there, I have not only lost about 90 lbs and gotten off my BP meds but I have gained a fitness family of like minded people who support and motivate each other. Whether it is spin class, boot camp or personal training, we always have fun while getting a great workout and burning calories. If you come in as a new person, you will immediately feel welcomed and experience a camaraderie you won't find anywhere else. The trainer/owner, Steven Bradley, is tough and will push you hard but he has your best interest at heart and that's also why so many of his clients are seeing great results. I'm fitter now at 54 than I have ever been in my life! I hope to see you there!
