::Is it that everywhere in this town customer service sucks .. And when you tell thease people. That something off or question they look at you like what are you talking about.. San Antonio has some sort of haze with some of thease places. Get your act straight..

::These guys have always been great to deal with- patient when we're sorting through our scrap in the middle of their yard, honest when tallying up prices and weights, and very respectful/protective toward women present- even reprimanded other customers for making lewd comments. I can confidently say I feel safe here, and enjoy going on our family "scrapping" trips.

::Today we arrived at 12:50 pm at Store #2 yard and we see there are 3 scrappers ahead of us with aluminum cans. So we waited our turn and waited and waited and waited, OVER 2 HOURS 1) For the employees to go next door to get change for the customers from using their own money to pay out. It took the owner over 2 hours to come from the other store. The employees told us after we were there the first thirty minutes "He called 2 hours ago and said he'd be here in thirty minutes then he called again after another hour and again said I'll be there in 30 minutes teen he called after we were there an hour and 15 and said he would be there in 30 minutes. We received $15.35 for 44 lbs. and they took 7 lbs. for TARE. When I confronted the 'owner / manager' about our wait time of 2 hrs. and 20 minutes, he said "Sorry about that' and then he said Look I have all of this scrap that I can't even sall and then the forklift driver ran out of gas and he had to go to the back and drain fuel out of a scrapped Jeep to put that fuel in the forklift. I will say this 1) The young lady they have working for them is Mighty Damn Cute and the forklift driver was very attentive towards the young lady instead of taking care of customers 2) We could have spent less time if the FL Driver would have quite the B Sing with girl (Oh at least 46 minutes) We will never go there again and will file the grievance with BBB and will tell everyone we know DO NOT GO TO SCRAP KINGS because they treat their customers like servitudes and their employees like crap when they do not have to use their own monies to pay out.

::Ripoff. I would have made $30 at least elsewhere only got $10. I had a basketball hoop, the whole thing pole and all, and a bunch of other stuff. Not worth the drive. I only went there because they are open late, but a lot of people said they go there because they don't take ID, which is true. Is that even legal? What they do is they take a thumb print and let you sign your name. WTF? They're friendly people, but this business just seems shady and cheap. Would not use again. Next time I'll just wait until morning. Oh and their parking sucks.
