  So disappointed. I took a ride with my 12 year old son and explained to the salesperson we wanted to trade in his bike for another. He said all bikes for sale are in the front of the store…. We looked and selected a bike…. Most were pretty pricey. We selected one for 350 which I later found out was high as the bike sells for 500 new. I tell the salesperson we found a bike and ask what they can do on the trade in and he tells me they do not buy bikes or take trade ins but I can donate it and he'll give me a receipt for a tax deduction… I wish he told me that before we picked it out…. Anyway I say OK and we start to write it up and I notice quick release tires and ask if we can switch it out…. with another used non quick release. He tells me that they have the parts new which I can buy. I ask if they can do anything and he simply repeats himself….. so we left and got a really nice new bike off the web for about half the price. This place is all about profit, I believe they offer some classes to keep their nonprofit status which they use as a facade and to give people tax write offs to get free inventory.

  Amazing service. Eric was super friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices too.
