  Great environment and location to feel the benefits of cryotherapy and the other services the Recovery Zone has to offer. The owner and staff are really friendly and professional and create a positive experience.

  Beautiful people... Very friendly and informative! Extremely clean and comfortable. Not to mention im very proud to say this is a BLACK OWNED BUISNESS! Not at all Racist just very proud to see "Us" doing the Right things, the Right way! Respect and me and my son will definitely be back.

  This was my first time visiting and I was thoroughly pleased. I was met by Stephanie at the front desk, who was getting things ready. I had an early appointment. As I was waiting, Staff that came thru the door said Good Morning and how are you. Very Professional and Friendly. Once everything was ready, Stephanie took me into the room and explained what I needed to do to get started. The room was very clean, the gloves, socks if needed and shoes were readily available. Once I got into the machine and the session started, Stephanie asked questions, how did I find out about their facility, have I ever heard of Cryotherapy etc. She then explained what the procedure does to the body and she kept a keen eye on the time and temperature for the 3 minute session. Being the first time, the temperature was not lowered all the way down, which I understand but it was low enough that I could feel it. I really only have a heal spur and no other major pains or aches (I am 65), so I can't say that it eased my pain in my heal. I did feel better after the session though and will be back for more. If you feel hesitant about doing this, DON'T, you really do feel better and the 3 minutes goes by quick. Again, Friendly Staff and very clean facility.

  I do break dance ,gymnastics and compete the cryotherapy before really refreshes my body. It is a new and exciting experience. You come a few times and you become addicted . The other services (recovery boots) really help the recovery of my legs when I had a severe injury and I would out for a year. Actually, it is one of favorite this to do. The staff really does care and truly tries their best to cater to your needs I hope one day they make more stores. It is simple to set up appointments. You should come try this new addiction it is great especially after a hard days of work it a great place to make a quick pit stop and to recovery before you go home . The pricing is pretty convenient too. I love this place! I come all the time. The best time to come is early in the morning or afternoon evening the other times seemed to be pretty busy but, it is worth the work I still good but when you go don't be in a hurry take your time and truly pamper yourself .
