::Catherine, Leland and Cameron are amazing people to work with and they are the home decor store who have a heart and care for their customers. Wish there are more businesses like them in Seattle.

::Nice furniture that's not extremely overpriced.

::I've been by this shop numerous of times to sit in the chair I was saving up for. The people working there very attentive and greeted me with a smile every time I went in. I love their furniture because it's local and responsibly made. I also love getting their candles especially the the lumber jack scent.

::Love this store. The quality and comfort of the furniture is amazing. Catherine and Leland didn't just try to get a couch sale out of me, they listened and found the "RIGHT" couch for my family room. I am truly design challenged so it was great to have the advise and guidance. I will never go back to the chain furniture stores again.

::Firstly I'm a big fan of supporting small local businesses and do my part as a consumer to buy from these establishments. I was in reclaim decor looking for a couch and rug and went thru both the floor and the catalog with the intent to customize something for my needs. In the meantime I purchased a few candles that were at the high end of the price tag but again, I wanted to purchase something during my initial visit. I paid appr $68.00 for a candle that within a few burnings (25% used) stopped lighting altogether. I took the time to drive back downtown, bring the 'used' candle back to the store and told the clerk, Larder (or something like that) that it was a faulty product and I would like to return it. He would not look at me, proceeded to light the candle and stare at it, but not look at me. When I asked him what he was doing he said he would not return a candle that was 'used'. I told him I did not drive all the way back downtown to bring back a candle that was working that I had paid nearly $70 to purchase in the first place. He then did stare at me and said he had no interest or intention of returning the candle, treating me like I was trying to get a way with something. Zero customer service, zero thought into the end result of not offering a paying customer some resolution that would satisfy, exchange of merchandise, store credit, actual credit. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong instead of being treated like a valued customer. I told him to keep the candle and walked out. Needless to say, this is one small boutique business I will not support and offer fair warning to those that do buy here.
