  Great chili and minestrone soup! The salad was absolutely perfect with the right combo of dressing, greens, cheese, and crunch! Good quality, fresh ingredients and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We were given a sample of the chili before ordering. Recess is easy to find and the faire is very tasty!

  It's finally time for Recess! They offer breakfast and lunch and so many snacks! Located in a prime location in midtown, they offer quick and efficient service as well as amazing twists on some childhood classics! My favorite is the open faced BLT with home made chimichurri and garlic aioli. The fun twist is that they use arugula instead of lettuce and bruschetta for the tomatoes! Any of the paninis are great too! Nap Time which is a spin off of a Cubano sandwich lives up to its name! So rich and delicious, you'll want to take a nap after you indulge in this delectable panini! Each sandwich comes with a side of pasta salad with a Milazzo dressing! It's a great deal for $8! They have vegetarian options and salads as well. Also, Mom's homemade soups will be changing daily so if you have a favorite, let the staff know! Hours are 6:30-3:30 as of right now. Pop in and say hi! They can't wait to serve you!
