  Awesome experience. Jaryd sold a property for me in Aurora and I live in the Houston area. Out of state sales are always harder to get done but he made it so simple, fast and easy. Very trustworthy. Jaryd is by far the best realtor that I have ever delt with. I would truly recommend him in selling or purchasing your next real estate.

  Jaryd Takushi handled our sale with aplomb even though there were numerous hang ups through the entire process. This sale had to be approved through the court, the buyers had an inferior lending company, the closing needed to be re-scheduled several times, and yet, Jaryd stayed professional throughout the entire process. Jaryd’s patience was telling and our family is deeply grateful for his efforts. You can do no wrong with Jaryd Takushi as your realtor.
