  Melissa at Real Estate Muses was an incredible help from the very beginning to the end. She was fabulous in helping us sell our old home then helping us find and close on our new home. Unlike many other realtors I have spoken to, she is actually genuine and cares about making sure all your needs are met. She is a very intelligent negotiator, very flexible, knowledgeable, easy to work with, responds immediately to your calls-texts-emails, is friendly, professional and will do what it takes to make it work.   Melissa Wiggans (Real Estate Muses), was/is an amazing Realtor, bar none. She is a blessing to our military family of five. She worked diligently to help us purchase a new build with a VA loan. And, when we sold, we had an offer at full listing price in 10 days, closing in 45 days to PCS. Melissa, listens, responds, and communicates every time we needed/wanted something. It was so nice to "be on the same page" when our home and family's well being was "in her hands." She is personable and friendly, professional, and proficient in her business. We will trust her again when we move back to San Antonio and retire. On a personal note, when a valuable was stolen in our move, she helped us retrieve and ship it to us over 1,000 miles to our new town. She went out of her way and we are so thankful! We highly recommend Real Estate Muses.

  Melissa and Michelle did an amazing job in helping me buy my first home. They were always prompt in answering questions and giving me advice about concerns I had. After the sale, they still went out there way to make sure I was doing great in my new town home.

  Michele Hendrix was wonderful to work with. My husband and I had so much fun looking at houses with Michele. She was so patient and really made the whole process enjoyable. She really wanted what was best for her clients and we knew we could trust her to lead us in the right direction when purchasing our first home.   My husband is active duty Air Force so we have made our fair share of moves and home purchases! I can say, hands down, this was by far the most relaxed, well informed, well managed and pleasant transaction we have ever encountered! From start to finish Melissa was a gem and a wealth of knowledge. We moved from Southeast Asia to San Antonio and had to buy a house SIGHT UNSEEN due to our time constraints. Though quite a bit scary and worrisome to buy a house without ever seeing it, Melissa made the process efficient, extremely thorough and very low stress. She sent us endless pictures, video tours and was there at EVERY step of the transaction. She went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable with this purchase. She did a great job as after we closed and saw the house I felt like I had already toured it a million times thanks to the internet!! Both my husband and I were thoroughly impressed by her professionalism, kindness and endless patience with us!! She was always happy to answer any question (and we had quite a few!!!) and was always extremely responsive. Our dealings with Melissa completely exceeded our expectation and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone--- ESPECIALLY military families!! She really took the time to listen to what we wanted and found us the house of our dreams (without us even going inside before closing!!!)! As my husband is active duty Air Force we have worked with many buyer/ seller agents and I can truly say Melissa is the best, most professional and thorough agent we have ever dealt with.
