  So I took in my laptop specifically to have the fans replaced and keyboard replaced(i brought my own keyboard.) The warranty for 30 days is really only good for 30 days. They also put everything into a new case(because they said the mobo wouldn't post any more, and they offered to replace it because it happened while it was in their store) and so i basically have a new laptop I guess since the mobo is not the same one as I had before, but that caused troubles with my replacement battery. (Since the battery i had was a stock replacement, but ordered directly from the manufacturer for th eprevious mobo.) but 40 days later my fan is noisy again. At this point I'm in China so I don't know if they really replaced it with a new fan or just plopped my stuff into a new case and mobo. It was only $80 so I got what I paid for. but the service took a long time(I gave it to them a month before I left, and asked if I should pay for the express service to make sure it was ready, to which I was reassured that I had given them enough time.) I have mixed feelings because it was very cheap, but the process of waiting and having to call almost every day to see if it was done yet a week before I was due to leave was pretty stressful ontop of a lot of other preparations before I was leaving the country. Moral of the story: it's great if you're like me and you don't have the option to spend a fancy fee on best buy geek squad, and they're very nice and regular guys. don't do it if you expect it to be the best you've ever had, but just enough to get by is a great description of the service you will receive. So in the end, I guess I can't complain. They did their best. Thank you for your hard work for ppl like me who can't afford more.

  I have been a REPC customer for many years, and I'm never disappointed in the service or products I've gotten there. Everyone needs to know about and be a customer of this store!

  They fill an important position in supplying used and recycled parts, peripherals and computers to the aging computer community. If you need something for your older computer, chances are they have it there. There's a reasonable selection of new parts such as Bluetooth mice and many other things you might need for your newer devices. Happy Hunting!!!

  Great place to take your unused tech and gadgets. Also, great to be able to recycle and not just dump your broken tech. Hard drives, printers, PCs, you name it. And if it's useable, they will repurpose it. Glad they are around!
