  This is the worst company I have ever worked with. We are a rental company and use contractors all the time for work on many of our houses. We have a very difficult Owner who wants work done on the house but Elizabeth who always answers the phone and is so rude. She has the worst personality, the worst customers service and is very degrading. I have never had an issue with a contractor scheduling an appointment with a resident as it prevents the multiple people being involved but I as a Property Management office have never dealt with such arrogant customer service. Its obvious the people above are not aware of her attitude but there is no reason that whatever goes on with a customer that it justifies the attitude that I received today.
