  First experience was awesome, I guess it's because it was a huge order and it made money, basketball uniforms. 2nd order was a big print out on a Hoodie, it wasn't good, but didn't complain. Received an award from work. All I wanted was a little plaque with my name on it 3 months later, and multiple emails ("that he never received") I still got nothing. I went back to the store this week, somehow he got my CC authorization in hand (from the emails he never Received) and said he mailed it to me 2 months ago. Yet my CC authorization wad never charged and he couldn't find the tracking information. He lost my plaque and never created the new one. Even though service was below average I always went to him to support local businesses. Next time, I'll go to staples.
