  Bought dinning room set, bedroom set and 2 couches from the store in Poughkeepsie, Great experience, salesman, sorry I forgot his name, wasn't pushy at all, gave us space while we were walking through the store looking for what we wanted. Had problems with the dining table, but we got the Platunium Insurance package for all pieces, dealing with customer service was a pleasure, insurance covered it. Michael the manager of the Danbury store helped us out through the proces of choosing a new set, and we got it 1 week after we contacted customer service for the fist time, Thanks for a great experience. We'll be back.

  We looked in many locations first before we went to R&F, since we have bought there three other times. After not finding what we liked in the other stores or their prices were too high or the furniture looked too cheap and wouldn't hold up we went back to R&F. The prices were were reasonable and the furniture was very good quality. Our salesman Jim was not pushing a sale just stood around and gave great service. They delivered right away and the workmen were very professional. As I said third time buying from them and all three times I have the same experience.

  My husband and I recently purchased beautiful furniture from Raymour & Flanigan. The entire process was remarkable. Walter - a manager, Dan-a - sales, Heather - coordinator, Lisa - service, Chris and his associate - delivery were a pleasure to work with, all very professional and friendly. The furniture is superb. We highly recommend shopping at Raymour & Flanigan in Poughkeepsie!
