  They sale the best furniture for a good price and their furniture is very durable and it's good quality furniture. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

  I was convinced on not going to this store because I have heard of Raymour & Flanigan's pricing before but man was I wrong. The associate that helped us out, Jayson, was really attentive and really helpful despite being relatively new. I would totally recommend this location in Queens, NY. The showroom is massive and you never know- you might just find a great deal like I did. #noregrets.

  I pick-up a bedroom set, living room set, dinning room table set with a few extras. The furniture sales representative was good. Took his time to walk me around the Furniture department store after listening to what I was looking for. Like most customers, you hear about their protection plans and listen to see if it will work for you. It's an extension to warranty you already have with any purchase. It's not mandatory but if it works for you and it gives you peace of mind, then take it. I took it for some of my items but not everything I purchased. In the past I purchased a dinning room set and took the plan. After some time passed (over 3 years) I was not happy with the table and keep the chair but got a new table in exchange with a credit I got for the old table. The plan worked great for me in this situation, this is one of the benefits of getting their plans. When you do the exchange, you lose your protection Furniture plan all together but in about one and a half more year and it would have expired anyway. Most of the furniture is very good quality and I can't complain about it. I will up-set with time if my situations change. Photos to follow.

  Tony Haziri helped us find the bedroom that we were looking for. He was a wonderful salesman who took the time to listen to what we wanted and then helped us find it. He didn't rush us and didn't try to push us to buy other things. He had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about the products being sold in the Metro store. If you want to deal with a great salesman, Tony is your guy!

  I have a long history with Raymour, I have purchased a. Dining room, living room, fireplace, bedroom set and there is one person that makes my buying experience Excellent. Carmen Dumitrache is the leader in this company. I do recommend and have recommended her to family and friends. She will not only help you with variety of items that are in and not in the show room as well as help you pick out furniture or accents that will meet your room space and colors in your home. Carmen is an excellent visual artist and has the skill to either look at a piece of furniture and whether you show her a picture of a room or describe it she will help in the buying experience. My most recent purchase was that of a need to help me sleep better, stand sit and not be in pain that i am due to recent fall. I was in the need of a recliner that is electric and o be i can sleep in. I did see one on the website and when spoke with her about it she advised it was part of a new collection and not yet on the showroom floor. She told me there are chairs on the floor that will help me. I tried a few and then she recommended the chair i am sitting in now as i type this review. The chair not only helps you stand and lays flat to let you sleep it alao has built in heat and massage. Carmen always goes the extra mile to show the features of the item that i wasn't aware of. It is a privilege to know Carmen and to be a client of hers and Raymour for many years and I look forward to purchase new items when the time comes.
