  I am not a big fan of sales people. I was happy though. The salesman we dealt with was very good. No pressure, polite and very informative. He also knew when to leave us and just let my wife and I browse alone. We bought a bedroom set that was on display and was satisfied with the price and the quality. Most impressive was the repair experience I had. Everything was great when the furniture was delivered, but over time, a spot showed up in the finish of the night stand. We did not pay extra for the additional warranty but the set was still covered under the initial 1 year warranty. A repairman showed up within two weeks and did the repair right there in our home. Took about a half hour and it looks great. He even removed a few minor scratches that I didn't expect to be repaired.
