  I had looked at the website before going into the show room so I thought I knew what I wanted. We had a very helpful sales person listened to what I said and showed us the items we were thinking of buying. Then she came up with a new suggestion or two which turned out to be perfect. We bought a sofa and are quite delighted with it. But I was especially delighted with my sales person who listened, did not pressure, was not overbearing or too hands off. A great experience I will gladly shop there again.

  Do not recommend despite the hype. Time between purchase and delivery over a month. Initial delivery person dragged my couch causing damage, I immediately refused delivery as the delivery person attempted to convince me they would bring the damaged piece in a few days. Delivery time was also one hour after the window period. Not impressed with their overall customer service.

  We had a pleasant experience at this Raymour&Flanigan location. The staff were very friendly, professional and patient. Samuel was incredible helpful and informative. He knew exactly the sectional sofa I wanted and made it happen (above and beyond). Will definitely visit this showroom again in the future and refer others in the Westchester area to this location. I’m very happy with my sectional sleeer sofa and was delivered in 2 days as promised, in time for our family gathering. Thank you all again.

  A couple of years ago they advertised a Super Sale on all mattresses, so we went to shop. Bait-and-switch I believe its called. We did not have much time so we went ahead chose and purchased a well known brand mattress. What they delivered was a mattress smelling of mildew and it was an irregular product falling apart in the seams. I immediately contacted the brand manufacturer and made a formal complaint; as a result they promptly exchanged it for the real thing but it was a terrible inconvenience. Their furniture is over priced and of very poor quality. Hence, do not be fooled by their by now pay later schemes.

  Spent over 4 grand here. Everything is great, until they make the sale. All the staff, from front desk, to customer support, to online services love to confront customers. I paid my contracts about 6 months a go and today received a call from someone telling me 'I believe I told you this when you where here, but friends and family is this weekend'. I said I haven't been to the store in about a year (concerned with a possible fraud) and what the agent said was: you definitely were just here, but WHATEVER. And that motivated me to give these people this review. STAY AWAY from Raymour.
