  I purchased a planter vase with the fake flowers and other items they were all delivered and set up on May 6, 2018 today May 17, 2018 I called the Poughkeepsie Raymour where I purchase it from and told them that the flower was to big for what I wanted it for. The lady that answered the phone was rude. I told her I just want to exchange it not get my money back she told me I can’t cuz I’ve had it over a month. I explained to her I did not have it over a month I purchased it over a month ago but it didn’t get delivered for less than 2 weeks ago. She told they can’t take it back and for me to go online and sell it but they won’t take it back. So I will never buy another accessory from them again!!! Mine you I sent over $4000 in the store. They should have a different return policy. I spent a good penny on that flower when I cold of got the same thing from some where else like Home Goods. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

  Store is very clean and has a great selection of products. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We found exactly what we were looking for, and they made purchasing very easy. Found a great dining room set and hutch. We will go back for a bedroom set.

  I used to love going here for clearance and closeout furniture. They are now considered an outlet because of local competition. Also, I drove 45 minutes to get here, found a chair I liked, had a pickup truck and they would NOT let me take the chair - said I had to come back tomorrow because nothing is sold off the floor now except certain discontinued items. Will not be going back there. Too far to not be able to buy something at the time. They should rethink their new policy. Also, a blessing in disguise - found it cheaper at another store. So much for outlet prices

  Beautiful store. No pressure vibe. Our salesman grew up in Yonkers, just like my husband. They had a great time talking about high school days. Our salesman was very personable and knowledgeable. We truly enjoyed our shopping experience. We love the living room and bedroom pieces we bought. We will be back.
