  Raya's was always the best in Carnegie, but not anymore. It took over an hour to get my food and when I did it was cold and burnt. This is the second time for this! And there was so much dressing on the hoagie that the hoagie bag was dripping and had a big whole in it. I just don't understand why they would even send food like this! Oh well last time I order from there.

  My gf always raves about this place and how great it was. But every time we order food from here it’s always lower than expected. She keeps telling me she has no idea what happened or why the food is like this. Last night we ordered buffalo chicken salad and wings. The salad was terrible the chicken was grilled (not the chicken tenders promised on menu) the lettuce was old, wilted and soggy. The chicken wings barely had any sauce on them. It was just another example of the poor quality in food. There lots of pizza joints around here to choose from. It would probably be a good idea to put more pride into cooking the food to keep up with the competition.

  Now I usually order here all the time!! Always got great service and hot and fresh food but when this one guy is there the service is horrible! He has no personality at all, he rushes you through your order, gets an attitude if you ask questions or if you order too much, and also what I just experienced not even 10 minutes ago is I order my food I give him my card numbers, expectation date, and number on the back of your card and he responds back with "Do you have a chip?" I tell him no because I do not it's a card issued through my company and he tells me "Well, it says here that it does so I cannot complete your order!!" Now I am a manager at Arm's have been for over 5 years and when situations like this happen I retry the card 3 times then I ask for another method of payment. Well, he did not!!!! He just said sorry cannot not complete your order you have a good night!!! I asked him to try it again and he gives me an attitude!!! So, I tell him nevermind I will go elsewhere!!

  Their 🍕 is in my top 10 of Pittsburgh. Crust is crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. It has a nice sweet tomato sauce and lots of topping choices. Great lunch special for 2 slices and a Coke.
